ASSOCIATED PRESS: BROADWAY HAS FOUND ITS GEN Z AUIDENCE – by telling gen z stories

In 2025, I was interviewed by the Associated Press regarding my merch design for the Broadway play John Proctor is the Villain. The article showcased Broadway’s shifting marketing tactics and how social media has played a large role in getting Gen Z into theatre. My quotes were featured on both JPITV and Romeo and Juliet’s instagram pages, as seen below.

MSNBC NEWS: BRIDGERTON THE MUSICAL PLAYBILL DESIGN

In early 2020, TikTok was captivated by “Bridgerton the Musical:” a concept – that later went on to win a Grammy – created by Barlow and Bear based off of the hit Netflix series. Finding myself inspired by the music they created, I designed my own Playbill for the “musical” and posted my design process to TikTok. My design was recognized and broadcasted during a feature story on MSNBC News.

GRAPHIS NEW TALENT ANNUAL 2020: GOLD

I was awarded Gold in the Graphis New Talent Annual 2020 competition for my collection of stamps on jazz artists. My work was published in the Graphis new talent book alongside many talented students from across the country.
